Hi, I’m Becca — a writer, editor, and content strategist exploring the intersection of digital culture, community, and the absurdity of being human. I began my career in Los Angeles working across media and communications, writing everything from transcripts and technical manuals to resumes. Somewhere between all that chaos, the thing I loved most — storytelling — pushed its way to the front.

Today, I’m an internationally published lifestyle writer with bylines in Eater, Beyondish, San Diego Reader, Willamette Living Magazine, Oregon ArtsWatch, and Voquent (UK). More features are in the works. I’m drawn to the people beyond the headlines — the creatives, communities, and everyday characters who shape our culture yet often go overlooked. My editorial work blends narrative reporting with a hunger to highlight the good hidden within an ever-changing, chaotic world.

This site is where I keep the work that doesn’t always fit neatly into a magazine page — essays, deep dives, and itineraries that toe the line between insightful and mildly unhinged. Expect honesty, hope, and a refusal to pretend that life isn’t messy. Glad you’re here.
